Long Lets

Our gite holiday home is well-located for house-hunting and for extended holidays in and around the Lot département and we can offer special rates for long lets of 4 weeks or more. Please contact us for further information (see contact details below).

The Lot département of France has its own special charm in autumn and winter and the gite is well-equipped with full central heating for your off-season visit. This is what some of our previous guests have said about their autumn/winter visits:

Penny Milner is a well-known local artist who offers a variety of courses in different media, mainly watercolour, pastel and oil and has her studio just 10-15 minutes walk from Chez Ming. TO MAKE A RESERVATION PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING STEPS

Step 1. Enquire/Check availability:

You may wish to check the online Availability Calendar. However, please do contact us anyway in case there are any cancellations that have not been updated.

Please note that weekly bookings usually start and end on a Saturday. Check-in is normally in the afternoon around 16 hours (4pm) and check-out by 10:30 hours (10:30 am).

Step 2. Make your Booking:

When you have checked with us that the period you require is available please email us or phone to make a provisional booking. PLEASE NOTE - Your booking is only confirmed when you have completed Step 3 below.

Step 3. Confirm your Booking:

In order to confirm your reservation please print a copy of the BOOKING FORM, complete it and send it together with a deposit as indicated on the form. Please email us to let us know when you have done this. As soon as we have received your completed form and deposit we will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm your booking.
