We invite you to come and experience life in and around a village that still retains much of it's medieval origins and to explore the lovely, unspoilt countryside of the Lot département and surrounding areas.

The Gite
The Chez Ming Gite holiday home is a self-catering apartment for 4 with all that you will need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. It has a private terrace with access to, and the use of, a large secluded garden bordering a stream, Le Vert.

Catus village has a range of essential shops and services.

The Lac Vert leisure lake is 1km away from the gite by a footpath alongside the stream, or by road. The lake has bathing, a cafe, restaurant, picnic areas, sporting and other leisure facilities.
Location
The Chez Ming gite is just 15 kms from Cahors, the provincial capital of the Lot in South-West France. Cahors has the full range of services normally found in a large town.

We are located around an hour's drive to popular tourist sites in the Lot and Dordogne and about 3 hours drive to the Mediterranean, Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees and Spain.
